According to an official military statement, between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m., Indian Air Force radar systems detected an unidentified spherical, glowing object. A fighter jet was immediately scrambled, intercepted the object, and shot it down. Debris was later recovered from the site, and a full investigation is currently underway.
A military spokesperson emphasized that the object was not a meteorological balloon or any other known type of probe.
The crash site was quickly secured by law enforcement. Police officers searching the area reportedly discovered five unusual triangular metal fragments made of an unknown material.
Local residents also shared alarming eyewitness accounts. According to them, loud explosions were heard across a wide area shortly after the object fell, with the sound carrying for many kilometers.
Western media have already dubbed the incident “India’s Roswell,” drawing comparisons with the famous 1947 crash near Roswell, New Mexico – an event that has long been surrounded by claims that an extraterrestrial spacecraft was involved.
Authorities have announced plans to release a detailed report in the near future, summarizing the results of their UFO investigations over the past year.
Until that report is released, one thing remains certain – the incident is surrounded by mystery, speculation, and unanswered questions.
So what actually fell from the sky over Rajasthan? The answer may be revealed soon – but for now, the mystery remains.
